Workspaces

 The is 'street view', showing the 3 spaces, above is the workshop for Christian Benner Jackets, there are 3 spaces within the one, a sewing room and a storage room. The stairs are towards the rear, which extend from the last room on the above space, down to the outdoor space and through the door of the showroom. This is to limit the customers accessing the above space as the doors can be restricted to authorised personnel. 

Here is an angled section viewing all levels. The Hazan workshop is a larger, open space at the bottom, underground, with large stairs ascending towards the showroom. In this space there are workbenches and storage 

In the showroom level, the entrance is on the right with a vestibule controlling customer entry. There is a reception desk and couches. There is then a door into the main space, which does not have walls, only a glass screen controlling the fitting rooms. There is a purchasing counter in between Benner and Hazan products.
